I moved into a new house a few years ago and needed the locks changed. The work was a little bit complicated because there were several different sets of locks/keys and some bolts that were against fire codes. Most lock companies that you can find via web search are scams (large companies that don't actually have a physical location near you but will show up on a map as though they do, and will overcharge), but Joseph's is the real deal - a small company located right here in Worcester. I called Joseph's and was quickly able to make an appointment with one of their locksmiths, Will. He was really helpful and explained very clearly what my different options were, even with the complicated mix of old locks in the house. I wanted to save money by going to the hardware store myself and buying locks, and he instructed me exactly what I needed to buy. He then installed everything quickly and professionally, at a much lower cost than I'd expected. Will definitely use them again if I need lock work done!
